Return and Refund Policy

How do I return a product

Products purchased from MercuryLuggage.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods upon approval from Mercury Luggage®. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Contact us at Info@MercuryLuggage.com and be sure to send us as many of the following as possible:

• Mercury Luggage® order number or invoice number
• Reason for return request

For USA customers

Mercury Luggage® will reserve the option to pay for the return shipment and provide a replacement or refund you the cost of your purchase. The refund process, if approved, will be processed once the product arrives at our location. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take two to ten days after the credit is applied to post to your account.

For non-USA customers

Please contact us at Customerservice@mercuryluggage.com with all details. You will need to make the shipping arrangements.
